In the event that you need to exchange your purchase we suggest that all exchanges be sent via The United States Postal Service in a 6 inch by 9 inch padded envelope stufffed 3/4 inch thick along with a note letting us know what you would like us to do (ie. larger / smaller size) and a copy of your receipt. To insure that we receive your exchange we suggest that you send the package with delivery confirmation. The approximate cost to mail your exchange in the recomended way should be between $2.50 - $3.00. Exchanges
We promise if your not satisified with your purchase we will provide you 14 days within which you may exchange your purchase with receipt for a product of the same value. Merchandise must be in "new" condition.
14 kt., Platinum, and Precious Stones
To provide you with a 1 year promise against breakage and stone loss (not including CZ's). Should your Toe or Thumb Ring break, or a stone be lost, we promise to replace/repair it for free with presentation of the broken ring and receipt.
Gold-Filled and Sterling Silver
To provide you with a 6 month promise against breakage (not including CZ's). Should your Toe or Thumb Ring break within 6 month of purchase, we will replace it for free with presentation of the broken ring and receipt.
14 kt. Cubic Zirconias
To provide you with a 6 month promise against breakage and stone loss on all 14kt. Gold Cubic Zirconia Toe Rings and Thumb Rings. Should one break or a stone be lost, we promise to replace/repair it for free with presentation of the broken ring and receipt.
Silver & Gold Filled Cubic Zirconias
To provide you with a 30-day promise on all Sterling Silver and Gold Filled Cubic Zirconia Toe Rings and Thumb Rings. Should one break or a stone be lost, we promise to replace/repair it for free with presentation of the broken ring and receipt.
Anklets
Should your anklet break within 30 days of purchase, due to poor craftsmanship**, we will be more then happy to repair or replace it for free upon presentation of the anklet and your purchase receipt.
  * Breakage does not include tarnishing. (Please see Common Questions). Once Upon A Toe is not responsible should you lose your Toe Ring or Thumb Ring.
