In the event that you need to exchange your purchase we suggest that all exchanges be sent via The United States Postal Service in a 6 inch by 9 inch padded envelope stufffed 3/4 inch thick along with a note letting us know what you would like us to do (ie. larger / smaller size) and a copy of your receipt. To insure that we receive your exchange we suggest that you send the package with delivery confirmation. The approximate cost to mail your exchange in the recomended way should be between $2.50 - $3.00.
